About this print:
This huge rice field bordered a busy highway, I pulled over my bike to take a landscape of this scene from 100m away. As I was getting back on my bike, a local guy pulled over and ushered for me to follow him with my camera. He walked me through the muddy rice fields right up to these women working. He translated a short conversation and the women went about their work while I captured some photos of them in action. This moment was a huge lesson for me and built my confidence to approach with curiosity the next time I considered taking a photo from far away.
