Refund policy

Prints come unframed and safely rolled up in a cardboard tube. 

Prints should be handled with soft non-abrasive gloves and where possible avoid touching the printed area as prints can be easily creased or damaged.

5-8 business days.

Incorrect Address

If you have entered the wrong address, please email lucymarkosphotography@outlook.com

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, reshipping costs will be charged at the customers expense. If the package is lost due to incorrect address, we will be unable to reship or offer a refund.

Refund Policy

As all products are made to order, there are no refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged and must be declared within 10 days of the order being delivered, otherwise we will be unable to accept it. For refunds please email with your order number and a photo of the prints condition.

If the print appears to be mis-printed (example - white boarder, colour distortion, poor quility) Please contact us immediately so a replacement can be sent.
