About This Print: 
This photo was taken while I was hiking the Annapurna Circuit in Nepal. I was exhausted and ready to reach our tea house for the night, I knew it was close but I was really running out of energy. As I passed by this bridge, I thought to myself 'that would make a great shot,' but I kept walking. I was tired, cold, hungry, and honestly just over it. 

Each step away, I my mind was pulling me back and urging me to make the effort, so I turned around. And now each time I see this photo, I am reminded of the payoff that little extra effort has when you feel like you're so close to the end. That one last draft before submitting something, looking at your completed piece, and thinking; How can I make this 1% better?  

A Spark for the Soul -
